The most comfortable way of travelling.

Travelling – is the most popular way of spending your holidays. Every person travels to see other countries, to get new impressions, to meet new people, to try different dishes, to “touch” another, unusual for you culture. The best way to study geography is to travel all over the world. And there are a lot of ways of travelling. They are divided into expensive and cheap, fast and slow, with different conveniences and without them. You can travel by ship, car, plane, train, bus and etc. Fortunately, there is a wide choice of means of transport in our days. And which kind of transportation will be chosen depend only on you and your destination.

As far as I am concerned, the most comfortable way of travelling is… travelling by car. Especially if it is your car. You may travel everywhere and anytime you want. But let’s describe advantages and disadvantages of a such way of going somewhere. First, the car is fast. The plane is faster, of course, but I am afraid of height. Second, you may choose any route you like. So you will have a good chance to look at amazing places, which guide from travel agency  won’t show you. The plan of your personal trip can be made. Third, if you want to stay at any hotel or just go sightseeing, you may leave your car in the car park. Stop can be made in any place you want and when you need it. More over, travelling by car cost you much more cheaper in comparison with travelling by plane.

And in my opinion there is one the most evident disadvantage. When you drive for a long time, you quickly get tired. Then the rest is needed, otherwise your trip will be very dangerous. And, certainly, if you travel on foot you have much more impressions, but this way requires a lot of time. After some hard thinking I have decided that there is another important problem. Let’s imagine such situation: you are driving abroad. But the day is so unfortunate that your car stalls after 6 hours of driving. Panic, unknown environment and the stalled car. But nowadays we have many means of communication. “The help will be soon, don’t worry” – you are soothed by calm voice in your mobile phone.

In conclusion I want to say, that every person is individual. He has his preferences and peculiarities. The way of travelling also depends on money you are going to spend on your trip and depends on your destination. But no matter what transport will you choose, the main aim is the trip itself.
