Tourism is one of the largest and dynamical branches of economy, an important part of economic activities of many developed and world developing countries. High rates of its development, great volumes of currency receipts actively influence various sectors of economy that promotes formation of the tourist industry. According to the World tourist organization (WTO) on tourism sphere is necessary about 6 % of a world total national product, 7 % of the world investments, everyone 0 workplace, % of world consumer expenses, 5 % of all tax revenues. Tourism makes considerable impact on development of such branches of economy as building, transport, communication, trade and manufacture of consumer goods, agriculture, carrying out a role of the original catalyst of social and economic development of the country.

In modern conditions in Russia has developed and the market of tourist services which is broken into segments works and in each segment there is a rigid competition, for competitiveness preservation it is necessary to develop and and is continuous.
