1. Leader – Kovalenko. She helps all members of our group to understand the article and assigns the roles and the distribution of the information among team members. Zhanna also finds additional articles, books which are necessary for making the conclusion of our article.

2. Doer –Smirnova. She focuses specifically on the goal of our work and the analysis and methods of work in a team. Nadezhda articulates clearly goals and one of the main goals of this problem: "How big business is fueling small business".

3. Supporter– Tkachenko. She helps to organize our meeting, calles and sends email (the time and place of the meeting) to all team members. Alina during a meeting holds game during which we learned more about each other and it has united all of us.

4. Thinker, Recorder – Kolobova. Valeria writes a record of our meeting and planes the work of team. She understands a statement which is necessary for identifying the steps of study and analysis of the article. She also makes adjustments to our records; offers a variety of ideas on approaches to the study of this article.
