The first point is flexi-time. That`s when staff come and go to work as they please(плиз), but of course, they have to work a certain number of hours a week. Besides, there is not absenteeism and as a result, workers do not get penalties(пЭнелтиз). Staff feel that management`s treating them as mature(мэтчУэ) people. Employees miss the rush hour and traffic jams, so they are not bad-tempered when they get to work. Thank to this scheme(ским), people feel they are organising their lives better and have a work-life balance.

What is important when decreasing staff turnover?

I’d like to talk about the ways of decreasing staff turnover

           The first point is flexi-time. That`s when staff come and go to work as they please(плиз), but of course, they have to work a certain number of hours a week. Besides, there is not absenteeism and as a result, workers do not get penalties(пЭнелтиз). Staff feel that management`s treating them as mature(мэтчУэ) people. Employees miss the rush hour and traffic jams, so they are not bad-tempered when they get to work. Thank to this scheme(ским), people feel they are organising their lives better and have a work-life balance.

Another point is incentives. Incentive is an act for greater action. If the employee exceed the targets you should reward him. Monetary bonus, benefits package, health insurance are very good incentives. Moreover, company should offer a paternity leave and maternity leave. Of course, if they ill, they will be able to take a sick leave. Besides, company should allow employees to spend time interestingly, it may be gym space, massages, dancing and so on.

The next important point is pleasant working environment. Managers should treat employees friendly; give them ability to use imagination and creativity to solve problems. As a result, they feel a sense of commitment and feel that they are valued. Managers should take enormous pleasure and pride in the growth of their employees.

In conclusion, it can be said, that staff turnover is a very big problem for company and management should make all efforts to avoid this phenomenon.
