- ознакомился с учредительным документом – уставом, утвержденным учредителем общества.
- ознакомился со штатным расписанием организации.
- ознакомился со структурой организации.
- ознакомился с организацией и содержанием работы персонала общества.
- ознакомился с содержанием экономической, организационной, управленческой и плановой работы.

|6. Ответственность сторон                                                                                                            |

|6.1. Работник несет ответственность  в соответствии с законодательством:                                                              |

|6.1.1. За невыполнение или  нарушение обязанностей, предусмотренных  настоящим трудовым договором  (контрактом).                        |

|6.1.2. За ущерб, причиненный  Работодателю виновными действиями (бездействием) Работника.                                             |

|6.1.3. За разглашение сведений, составляющих служебную или коммерческую  тайну организации, указанных  в Приложении к настоящему       |

|трудовому договору (контракту).                                                                                                      |

|6.2. Работодатель несет  ответственность в соответствии  с законодательством:                                                          |

|6.2.1. За нарушение или  невыполнение обязательств по  настоящему трудовому договору.                                                  |

|6.2.2. За причинение здоровью  Работника вреда в связи с  увечьем или профзаболеванием.                                                |
